The Chiesman Foundation For Democracy, Inc. promotes and supports greater awareness of democracy and democratic
ideals by citizens. It is an organization that provides a forum and programs supporting civic activity and
education, and promoting research, development and dissemination of materials relevant to the goals and purposes
of the Foundation.
Established in 1995 by Allene Chiesman, the Chiesman Foundation is a nonprofit educational organization as
described in section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
