- Volunteer Management University - August 24-25, 2011, The HELP!Line Center is again offering their two-day course to help Black Hills area nonprofit groups become as effective and efficient as possible in volunteer management. Volunteer Management University is a comprehensive series of six courses, developed by the Points of Light Foundation, featuring the essentials of volunteer management. The interactive curriculum is based on research and effective practices in volunteer management. To date, over 125 volunteer managers have been through this program.
