John Usera, Ph. D., Moderator & Reporter
Dr. Usera serves as the Director of Policy Analysis & Civic Engagement. The Institute focuses on providing a public space and forum for discussion and analysis of public policy issues. Dr. Usera has convened, hosted, and moderated many forums and roundtables dealing with public policy issues on P-16 education, tourism energy, transportation, technology, and many more topics. Through these efforts, many leaders and citizens have gathered together to dialogue, deliberate, and act on pressing and relevant issues.
